Congratulations to Emily and Lee who got married on Saturday. I was honored to photograph their amazing day.
It all started around 8am at the Brides sisters house where the bride and 8 bridesmaids were getting ready ….. oh and 3 page boys. The make-up girls and hair-stylists did an amazing job in organizing their busy morning and I had plenty to photograph with all that was going on. Thanks Charlotte for the bacon / sausage rolls !!! These kept me going thru the morning till around 12.20 when Emily, the bride, came flowing down the stairs in her stunning dress. Emily looked amazing. I took more photos before I headed down to the church.
At the church, Lee the groom was already there ….. time for some candid shots.
Emily arrives in a beautiful 1930’s Beauford De-Ville followed by her beautiful bridesmaids in a white 16 seat Hummer. Plenty of images to be had.
Whilst waiting I announced myself to the vicar Kate ….. wonderful woman who explained that she didn’t mind where I positioned myself.
Church done and some great photographs taken outside with friends and family.
Onto the reception where I was chuffed to bits to be given a meal and looked upon as a valued guest and not just the photographer. Made for a well earned break from the camera.
Cake cutting and first dance after taking stills of the funny speeches and I was done …. extremely tired but what a great day with great people.
